While in Hawaii, we added a new addition to our family. The girl told us before she cracked the oyster open, we would either have a boy or girl baby pearl...

Aaron also surprised me with an anniversary gift from Brighton...a Hawaiian charm bracelet with all things Hawaii. He's so thoughtful and creative!
(A story for history: This pearl ring is special because it's a replacement of another special pearl ring that Aaron gave to me when we were in high school. It also was a pink pearl, a little smaller, with 8 tiny diamonds, 4 along each side, placed in a delicate yellow gold setting. I loved that ring and cherished it. When our house was broken into New Year's Eve 2005, it was taken, and I've missed it ever since. This new ring will always remind me of the same thing my other one did, that cute teenage boy who I fell in love with 17 years ago. Cheesy? yes, but true!)

i think the pink pearls a sign...just sayin (maybe you should keep the cradle :). and im glad you got your ring replaced, thats exactly what i thought of when i saw that picture, i remember that night really well!
