It's been another fun season of baseball. Zackery had fun. Learned a little, goofed off a lot. Three memorable moments to me:
1. He was playing right field and got bored so he took his glove off and threw it up near the coach on the pitcher's mound in the middle of the game.
2. Two of his teammates went for the ball to throw the runner out at first. In seeing two boys on the ground, he decided it would be a great time to jump on them and start wrestling.
3. He was on third base, waiting to run home. His teammate hit the ball right down the third base line. As Zackery ran home he picked up the ball and carried it home with him, laughing all the way!
Zander's team had a great season. They ended the regular season in 2nd place. In the tournament they beat the 1st place team. That meant they played the Angels, who were in 3rd place, in the championship. Unfortunately they didn't win, but took 2nd place overall. It was a great season...made lots of new friends and had a great coach!
Zander is an awesome baseball player!! He made the all-star team, so the little league season continues!
