For our anniversary this year, we celebrated with Johnny and Emilie in Palm Springs.
The resort where we stayed in Palm Springs was so nice and relaxing, and it was only about 120 degrees. We spent a lot of time at the pool and relaxing in our room. One night we rode the Ariel Tramway up for a nice dinner. The temperature dropped about 30 degrees from the bottom to the top. The view was beautiful!
When we were done in Palm Springs we weren't ready to go home so we started to drive towards southern California. We drove around aimlessly, tracked down the Lobster food truck, then ended up in Santa Monica at Emilie's brothers. We had fun for the next couple days, playing hand and foot, eating late night Jack in the Box and playing hand and foot, bike rides, boat rides, LA temple, pretending to build awesome sand castles, and of course eating good food. What a fun anniversary celebration!
